Side of Lamb

We raise a very high quality breed of meat lamb, they have customer verified and approved flavor, and meat quality. they are not overly fat, and a new addition to our farm in 2016. We raise them 100% free of grain. Slaughtering once each quarter, March, June, September, December. ENJOY!

A side of lamb normally containsL

  • Whole shoulders (roast or may be cut into chops or stew meat)
  • Whole legs (bone in)
  • Loin chops (1 ¾ thick)
  • Rib rack
  • Ground and/or stew meat Shank
